Tersano’s Lotus sanitzing system generates activated oxygen, a natural sanitizer. Ordinary tap water is processed in the Lotus system creating oxygen-rich water. When this water comes in contact with food or any surface, the extra oxygen atom breaks away. When germs are present, the extra oxygen atom will attack and destroy the germs, leaving the food or surface sanitized.
